Change your business account password
To change your login password:
Go to My Team
Next to your email click Change Password
Enter your Old and New password and click Save
Deactivate your business account
To permanently deactivate your business account:
Click on the user name on the top right corner.
Click Delete Account.
Click Delete my Account again to confirm.
Note: By deleting your business account all your business details and store details will be permanently deleted and you will no longer have access to your account. This means that all Store under this business account will no longer be live on the app.
Delete a Store
To permanently delete a Store:
Click My Stores from the navigation menu.
Find the Store you wish to delete, click on the Options icon and select Delete.
Click Ok on the popup to confirm.
Note: By deleting a Store all the associated details and menus will be permanently deleted and you will no longer have access to it. This means that the Store will no longer be live on the app.
