When you register your business, you will be able to create your store on OrPay. Your store will have its own page in the OrPay app, where customers, can visit to view your store menus, and order for delivery, pickup and in-store dining.
STEP 1 | Register Your Business
Go to the registration page and complete the form. In this form we ask for a few details about your business, your contact details and email. We will use these contact details in case we need to get in touch with you.
Click Register when you finish.
STEP 2 | Give Us Some Store Details
Check your inbox. You will receive a welcome email from OrPay once you Register your Business. Open it and click Complete Store Details.
On the page that opens click New Store. In this form we ask for a few details about your store such as:
Store name
What type of food you serve
Store type
In what languages you would like to translate your menus
Currency customers pay in
VAT rate on items sold
Store address. Click on the location icon when you complete the postcode, to get the exact coordinates of your store.
Logo image. Upload the app display image with dimensions: 1200x720 pixels, PNG or JPEG format. This image should describe well what customers expect to see in your store page and menus.
Click Save when you finish > and then the Complete Registration button.
You will receive an email from OrPay with your login instructions once we verify your details. Follow the instructions in that email to create a new password.
Login to your account using your credentials.
Important: Keep your login credentials secret!
Tip: If you are the Store admin, you should enter your details under Admin Details.
